Sukshma is Sanskrit and means the subtle, the fine, the unseen.
The layers that cannot be seen — but can be felt.
Where energy, memory, and essence reside.
ABOUT ME
I am Lilith — artist, yogini & nomad.
For a long time, my creativity was buried beneath pain, emotional wounds, and parts of myself that had learned to stay quiet.
Through my healing journey, I slowly found my way back into connection with my deepest being — and with it, a truth that changed everything:
Creativity does not need effort, judgment, or the mind.
It can exist in a space beyond expectation, beyond “doing it right.”
A space where something simply flows.
As I learned to let creativity move through me without control or demand, something emerged that was far deeper than creating a “beautiful image.”
I found a language for something I had never had words for — and still don’t.
What moves through me is subtle energy.
And through my art, I found a way to translate this subtle, unseen realm into something tangible for me.
When I paint, I do not paint from the mind.
I listen.
I attune.
I allow.
What comes through is not planned, not constructed, not conceptual.
It arises from a place beneath the surface — where truth lives before it becomes thought.
Creating this way fills my heart and my entire being, because there is nothing more meaningful to me than being in connection with this subtle energy.
